Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, except the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands. We do not ship outside the UK. Customers in these areas are welcome to collect from our warehouse.
Delivery charges

| Original Unsorted and Pre-Sorted lots (50 kg and over) | £9.95 for the first 20 kg, then £7 for every additional 20 kg (or part of it), UK mainland. If your order also includes sacks, every 20 kg of the lot is £7. Lots are not included in free delivery. |

When will my order arrive?
Orders paid before 12:00 on a working day are normally dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery is by tracked courier and usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. You will receive an email when your order has been sent.
Packaging
Sacks are shipped in strong woven sacks. Each sack carries a label with its category, season, grade and exact weight. Original Unsorted and Pre-Sorted lots are packed in sacks, bales or on pallets, depending on the weight.
Collection from our warehouse
You can collect your order free of charge from our warehouse at 31 Hamilton Street, Newport, NP19 0GT. Choose “Collect from our Newport warehouse” at checkout. Collection hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00–15:00. We will email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number.
Bulk and pallet orders
Original Unsorted and Pre-Sorted lots can be ordered online at the delivery rates above. For multi-tonne or regular orders, and for A-grade orders from 250 kg to 1 tonne and above, please request a quote. We will confirm the exact weight, price and pallet delivery date. Pallets are delivered kerbside; please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery.
Problems with delivery
If your sack arrives damaged or has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please email info@secondhandtextiles.co.uk with your order number.
