Returns for consumers – 14-day right to cancel
If you bought for personal use (not for a business), you can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason.
- Tell us – email info@secondhandtextiles.co.uk with your name, order number and the sack(s) you wish to return, within 14 days of delivery.
- Send the sack back within a further 14 days to: Rewear Group Ltd, 31 Hamilton Street, Newport, NP19 0GT. Please return the sack with all its contents and the original label.
- Return postage is paid by you, unless the goods are faulty or not as described. We recommend a tracked service, as the sack remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Refunds. We will refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge you paid within 14 days of receiving the sack back (or proof that you sent it). Refunds are made to your original payment method.
You may open and inspect the sack as you would in a shop. If items are missing, worn, washed or damaged beyond what is needed to inspect them, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
Faulty or not as described
If your sack is not as described (for example the wrong category, season or grade, or below the weight range), please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the label and photos of the items concerned. Where we agree, we will arrange collection at our cost and offer a replacement or a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Trade customers
The 14-day right to cancel does not apply to purchases made for business purposes, including for resale. If there is a problem with a trade order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Please see section 9 of our Terms & Conditions.
Orders of 250 kg or more
Bulk and pallet orders are made to order on quotation and are not covered by the 14-day right to cancel when bought for business purposes. Please inspect the pallet on delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery note.
